Onboarding Overview

Our merchant onboarding process is designed to be simple, transparent, and fully compliant with regulatory requirements. Here’s what you can expect:

Stages of Onboarding

  1. Merchant Registration
    • Sign up through our portal with your contact information. Our Sales team will reach out to you to get required details
  2. KYC & Compliance
    • Submit required documents for identity and business verification.
  3. Business Review
    • Our compliance team reviews the submitted details and assesses risk.
  4. Agreement & Approval
    • Accept terms and complete digital agreement.
  5. Technical Integration
    • Receive API keys and sandbox credentials for integration.
  6. Go Live
    • After successful testing and final compliance checks, you go live.

KYC Documents required for Online Payments

Following is a list of documents (mandatory and optional), which needs to be collected from the Merchant to establish Merchant Identity and KYC Checks.

2. Shop & Establishment certificate issued by the civic authority
Bank Account 1. Cancel cheque or Bank verification letter Any one 
2. Latest bank statement
3. Last 3 months transactions received via current provider, if applicable Optional
Doing Business Document(Applicable only if Registration Address & Current doing business address are different Utility Bills such as Electricity, Water, and Landline, Telephone bills in the name of the company name only Or Rent agreement copy-Any One  If Applicable
